Abstract: | Nearly 98% of SME?s were the main force of the whole economic system in Taiwan. Even, facing various kinds of economic difficulties and all sorts of influencing factors, SME?s still continue community responsibility and compete with the global business. It is all due to their entrepreneurship. The Business Ethics is virtually indispensable for the enterprise, society, and even individuals. Among them, the moral consideration, professional ethical awareness, and ethical value are vital parts for business ethical. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is one of enterprise indicators that international communities pay attention to in recent years. Michael E. Porter proposed ?Strategic public benefits? in 2006, and recommended that enterprises, along with strengthening the competitiveness, should also engage in promoting social welfare at the same time. Most famous enterprises in Taiwan consider CSR a mission task, and lead the business to an innovative and sustainable development. This thesis refers to items of Common Wealth magzine for evaluating the CSR Performed in 2007. In addition to a literatine review of CSR thought, the author utilized in-depth interview qualitative research to examine six cases. For research social entrepreneurship of SME?s how to lead enterprise not only make profits but public welfare. Lastly, give a definition for that. The enterprise's profit comes from the society, and it is supposed to benefit the society as well. Besides donating money, enterprises have the responsibility to provide people with good social environment. As followers of ?Dao? (a sort of CSR), lot of SME lasting longer than 5 years in Taiwan have been the practitioners of ?Dao?, long before the term of CSR was proposed. Believe such successful experiences will inspire other enterprises? the whole economic development of our country can be improved. |
