Abstract: | The aim of the study was to explore the conditions of the blind baseball participating for the visual impairments, in order to realize the establishment and operations of the blind baseball team, the motion and affect for the blind baseball participating for the visual impairments, the obstructed Elements and how to solve, the expectations of blind baseball. The study adopted qualitative research methods, including interviews and observation of 12 subjects. According to the analysis, The ways to establish the clubs include the establishment by adults with visual impairment and the establishment by social-welfare organizations. The source of funds mainly comes from the clubbers or the allowances from the government. blind baseball team publicize the activities by performance or joining competition. Sighted people can understand these blind baseball teams from the media. The motion for visual impairments to take part in the blind baseball team include interests, friends or classmates introduce...etc. The affect for visual impairments take part in the blind baseball team include make visual impairments happy, the advancement ofrelationships with others?assurance...etc. And the side effects are that they have less time of their own and their time is divided up into many parts. The obstructed Elements and the solutions contain the sport skills, social supports, environmental problem and fmancial condition. There are various obstructions preventing the visual impairments participating in blind baseball including the lack of .physical strength and ability, volunteers, sponsoring and guidance and assistence, the non-obstruction environment and the pressure from job etc. Also, there are different means decreasing the obstructions for participating in blind baseball such as the guidance from teammates, seeking support from society, the joining of volunteers, renting car for visual impairments, taking a bus with any visual impaired company and doing the time planning well. The expectations for visual impairments take part in the blind baseball team include continuous participation, team systematization, toeducational organizations value these visual impairments' authority being taught recreational and sport skills...etc. |
