Abstract: | The economic society structure vicissitude quickly, the factors of many important projects have launched one after another, education level has improved, and working value has changed cause the local laborers are not willing to do the highly dangerous and hard work, and which cause the supply and demand in employment market imbalanced and the basic laborers is short. However, the foreign laborer salary is cheap, the cooperation on them is high; therefore, the government of Taiwan has introduced the foreign laborers from Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, and Indonesia since 1989. Up to now, there are over 330,000 foreign laborers in Taiwan. The unemployment rate has increased and the foreign laborers have introduced in Taiwan recent years, and which impact the local employment market and even cause some social problems; such as, escaping from their employers, committing crimes, infecting diseases, and causing the social structure complication and even causing the conflict between different groups, and so on. Therefore, the purposes of this research is to discuss the influence on introducing the foreign laborers in Taiwan employment market and the society and expecting to give some information to the field and the following researches. The data in this research is gathered from literature analytic methods and the depth interview; the 20 interviewees are the legitimate registration foreign laborer agents and employers, the local laborers, and foreign laborers from Taipei, Taichung, and Zhanghua. The results from this research are: 1. Improving the competitive on Taiwan industry by introducing the foreign laborers. 2. Adjusting the foreign labor policies to reduce the populace anxiety and stable popular sentiment. 3. Establishing the management system and reducing the malpractice. 4. Strengthening the foreign laborer counseling and managing them from hearts. 5. Enhancing language training and communicating in order to promote working efficiency. 6. Implementing the staff working training lectures and studies to reduce the working risk. |
