In recent years, the long-term care has been grown in a succession, and inevitably obliged to face the pressure of the market competition .In order to comprehend the operating result , the purposes of this paper are to explore and to compar the operatonal efficiency of the REN-AI?S-HOME from aviewpoint of the achievements, looking frow to offering managers an effective operation and managing guideline as a reference.This paper purposeed, to caculate the integral operating efficiency ,technical efficiency and scale efficiency of the REN-AI?S-HOME with comparing the managing efficiency in different of the REN-AI?S-HOME if there is anydiscrepaney. This paper adopted to select 8 decision ?making units.and the studing The date source is using the questionnaire filled in by unit?s manager to select 2-input and 1-output variable each .this paper adoptedt the DEA.to caculate efficiency. The DEA is different from other measuring analysis tool.now the Result is discovered that there are only 2 DMUs having the integral efficiency ,technical efficiency and scale efficiency.the best one is the Pingtung county REN-AI?S-HOME in a form and scale 125 beds. This paper reconands,therefore, Pingtung country REN-AI?S-HOME as a referencing group, so ase to suggest the sequential researcher may divide the reference by quantification.
