    Abstract: Taiwan Orchid Plantation establishment not only grasps the orchid industry development the pulsations, but also promotes the orchid industry competition and the economic development opportunities of country. The paper by using primary data interviewing from orchid farmers, and by applying Michael Porter?s diamond theory, and AHP procedures are used to evaluate the clustering effect of agri-biotech park in Tainan. The success factors that contribute clustering effects for orchid in Taiwan are ?production input,? ?market demand,? ?government policy? and ?industry network?.
