    Title: A Case Study on the Student Affairs?Satisfaction for the Senior A Case Study on the Student Affairs? Satisfaction for the Senior Vocational High School in Taiwan

    Abstract: The purpose of this study was to comprehend the students? opinions about student affairs, and explore the status quo of student affairs? satisfaction, and further analyze the the differences in the student affairs? satisfaction between different students? characteristics. At last, accroding to the findings, some strategies for improving student affairs of the case school are concluded.
    In this study, the researcher adopted questionnaire survey to collect data for this study. The population was students of the case school. 1200 students from the case school were selected by random sampling. The collected data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-tests and Scheff? method.
    In conclusion, the following is the major findings of this study:
    a.The result between students? opinions and satisfaction of student affairs is extremely closed, and is was consistent with students? responses.
    b.There were no differences in the student affairs? satisfaction within the case school in terms of gender, enrollment program, and habitation.
    c.The student affairs? satisfaction of first graders was higher than satisfaction of second and third graders.
    d.The student affairs? satisfaction of students of mechanical department was higher than satisfaction of students of other departments.
    As mentioned above, the results of this study will help the case school make advances in student affairs, and it not only shows the needs of students, but also knows their opinions. Furthermore, the case school should first improve hardware in the dormitory as soon as possible, and enhances self-management of boarders. Extracurricular activities have been held through interaction among schools. Student affairs should be merged with students? organizations that can assist advances in student affairs.
    Finally, according to the findings, some suggestions and recommendations for improvement of student affairs for the case school were made.
