    Abstract: This research aims to explore the entire education and training satisfaction of the officials as well as delves into the causes for officials? difficulty in receiving education and training, and eventually has a discussion on the status quo and demands on officials? education and training from online learning. Individual difference backgrounds as independent variable to discuss on educational and training satisfaction as well as on status quo and demands on online learning.
    Subject of this research takes personnel staff, accounting personnel and chief of general affairs department from national senior high schools and senior vocational high schools in four counties of central Taiwan as the population. This research adopts census method and the samples are 362 persons. Using literature review and questionnaire respectively to have an understanding of educational and training satisfaction as well as to discover the existing problems, and further bring up advices .
    Findings of this research indicate that officials have an adequately high satisfaction over the entire educational and training, while busy career is the major cause for their difficulty in receiving education and training. The majority of officials who have great ardor for training demands consider such training can enhance their professional knowledge essential to their careers. Moreover, the surveys on status quo and demands for online learning find that nearly a half research subjects have never surfed on internet to attend the online learning, while those who ever attended online learning have a quite low consent on the aspect of keeping on attending the online learning currently. Meanwhile, the subjects in this research have an adequately high recognition over online learning which they deem as one appropriate educational and training method.
