Abstract: The purpose of this research is to understand the relationship between teacher?s leadership style and students? attitudes toward learning in high school?s Physical Education (P.E.) specializing class. From 48 high schools with P.E specializing class through out the domestic, classify them by regions into northern, center, southern and eastern. Then, select 2 high schools from each region and select in total of 495 students from all grades as the objects of study. The researcher hopes to understand the relationship between the P.E. specializing class teachers? different leadership styles and the students? attitude towards learning.
The research method is using surveys, which are titled ?Teacher?s Leadership Style Measuring Chart? and ?Student?s Learning Attitude Measuring Chart.? The gathered data will go through the ANOVA, Scheffe? Method?etc. The results showed that:
    1. Under the ?High Proposing High Concern? leadership style, students? learning attitude is obviously higher than other 3 leadership styles (which are ?High Proposing Low Concern,? ?Low Proposing High Concern? and ?Low Proposing Low concern?).
    2. Students under ?High Proposing Low Concern? leadership have better learning attitude toward students under ?Low Proposing High Concern? leadership style.
    3. In the ?Attitude toward Teacher? measuring chart, students? attitude toward teacher under ?Low Proposing Low concern? leadership style is obliviously worse than the students under the other 3 leadership styles (which are ?High Proposing High Concern,? ?High Proposing Low Concern? and ?Low Proposing High Concern.?).
Base on the results of this research, the researcher advised that high school P.E. specializing class teachers should lead their students with ?High Proposing High Concern? leadership style in order to set up students? fine learning attitude.
