    Abstract: The purpose of this study is to understand if the juvenile self-basic characteristic, family members or school friends would influence nowaday juvenile Smoking, alcohol consumption, Betel nut chewing, illicit drug use unhealthy behavior and to probe into the relevance between them?The database is base on?2005 National Health Interview Survey?with the age level of 12-17years old as the main research materials.
    Database analysis comprises descriptive statistics, Chi-square analysis, Person?s correlation analysis and Logistic Regression.
    Results:
    1.Juvenile age, school attendance, school grade, living environment
    arrangement and juvenile have apparent relevant influence to?
    smoking, alcohol consumption, betel nut chewing.
    2.The age, school attendance and juvenile have apparent relevant
    influence to illicit drug use.
    3.The boy unhealthy behavior is to be numbered even more than the
    girl, and elder teenager, higher school grade, unhealthy number
    can increase, too. The age and school attendance and juvenile
    unhealthy?have high risks.
    4.When juvenile have smoking, alcohol consumption, betel nut chewing
    unhealthy behavior, there will be apparent relevant influence to
    the illicit drug use.
    5.Parents or friends healthy behavior all have the tendency to be
    positive correlation to juvenile healthy behavior:
    (1)Parents or friends will influence juvenile smoking behavior if
    they do have smoking .
    (2)Parents or friends will influence juvenile alcohol consumption
    behavior if they do have alcohol consumption.
    (3)Parents or friends will influence juvenile Betel nut chewing
    behavior if they do betel nut chewing.
    6.When the friends have the behavior of drug abuse, they will
    influence the attitude of the juvenile illicit drug use.
