摘要:	In Taiwan ,during2001-2005, bank was broadening in credit card and cash card market. People consumption habits were changing by medium, it caused crisis of credit debt. It also made the system of negotiated debt to be established by Taiwan government. This research use secondary data analysis to probe into the system of negotiated debt effects on environment of credit debt, and propose solving the suggestion of the problem in credit debt. The result reveal the system of negotiated debt improve environment of credit debt in Taiwan, it is also to help many people to discuss credit debt with banks. But the problem of credit debt is still existed. The research bring several way to reference: Let bank reduce the issued of credit card . To establish the commission of risk management. To limit person having number of credit card . To supply money to bank for holding monetary system.. To except that the system of negotiated debt can become perfect, and the problem of credit debt can be solving soon.
