    Abstract: The purpose of this research is to discuss how the life insurance company improves future competitiveness and ongoing running of business. Facing strong global competitions, the Cathay Life Insurance Company established learning module in company culture, human resource and internal education aspects to achieve long-term competitiveness for survival.
    In order to thoroughly describe its relations and effectiveness, I take case study and use in-depth interview to analyze that the learning module Cathay Insurance Company adopted was able to transform from result-oriented to process-oriented in the company culture aspect. It also transformed the human resource aspect from quantity-oriented to quality-oriented and transformed the internal education aspect from personal experience to systematic training.
    Using group learning method during the transitional process is to remove personal bias and establish standard and systematic internal education system for achieving common goals and improving long-term competitiveness.
