摘要:	For some people, having a cup of coffee means not only a taste of life but also joyfulness. Therefore, coffee drinking becomes a way to enjoy the leisure life and a significant ultimate of joyfulness. This research involves the differences in experiencing their leisure times between different coffee hobbyists. Based on the qualitative method and using the semi-structured interview, I interviewed 14 coffee hobbyists aging between 24 to 58 years old. Research shows that the leisure experiences for coffee hobbyist including relaxing, highly dominating, self-confidence, self-controlling, and concentration, involving, flights of time, escaping, creating and self-achievement. For the social benefits, coffee drinking can enrich the mind, colorful their life and also can strengthen the social relationship and develop his acknowledge and beauty life style. According to the existing research, I classified the coffee hobbyist into two different categories, the serious coffee hobbyist and casual coffee hobbyist. Moreover, the research shows that the serious coffee hobbyist have more strong feeling in self-confidence, self-controlling, devoting themselves, more creative and feel more capable to their jobs. The other casual coffee hobbyist feels more easily to escape from the real world. The social benefit in satisfied needing, the serious coffee hobbyist care in spirit; and the casual coffee hobbyist care in function. In benefit in relationship, the serious coffee hobbyist care more about the identity recognition, casual coffee hobbyist care more about knowing other people. The serious coffee hobbyist feels more willing to learn about the knowledge of the coffee, casual coffee hobbyist will not. People from both of the categories all agree that coffee is a part of life in the benefit of better life style. Indeed, drinking coffee will make people enjoying leisure, relaxing. It will also improve the ability in learning knowledge, satisfies oneself, and widens one?s relationship. With coffee, it can enjoy a more easy life, enrich one?s soul. To those coffee shop owners, they can improve the environment of the coffee shop and let the coffee hobbyist know more of the art of coffee. To increase the value added by combining coffee knowledge, creative self-experience learning and aesthetic teaching, the coffee hobbyist can feel more touched when they drinking coffee.
