    Abstract: In recent years, the explosion of corporate scandals burst frequently cause investors are disappointed in executive?s morality. The purpose of this study is how the enterprise?s contribution in corporate social responsibility. The object of this study is from The Largest Corporations in Taiwan?Top 100 (2002) published by China Credit Information Service, Ltd. The list is including private and public corporations. In order to asses the information and related data from the objects? website, this study adopted qualitative analysis and obtain as following conclusion?
    1. Over 80% corporations is positive perspective and participate in corporate social responsibility activities practical.
    2. The first motive of corporations is feedback to social?according to priority are goodwill build?environment protection?education and disadvantage help.
    3. Culture issue is popular activities for the corporations to participate in CSR, according to priority are environment protection?medical?education?government?multinational and media. The corporations respect for environment protection and education in emerging electronics industrial field?the insurer respect for medical and culture; the backing respect culture and education; the transport service respect for culture and medical; the departments respect for government and culture; the bureaus respect for environment protection and culture; the communications respect for culture and environment protection.
    4. Suggestions?
    5. Corporations are demanded immediate attention to CSR. The corporations fulfill CSR with industrial related activities and it would makes long-term benefits for the corporations.
