摘要: This research is for the purpose of discussing the leisure constraints and the leisure needs of the kindergarten teachers in Pingtung.
This research was surveyed by using questionnaires targeted at Pingtung teachers of kindergarten. The survey sent 497 pieces of questionnaires and the effective surveys are 364 pieces with 73.24% retrieving rate. All data were analyzed with following methods: Descriptive Statistics, T-test, and One-Way ANOVA.
The conclusions were listed as following:
    1. The variables of Leisure Needs are place in sequence?Knowledge Needs, Health Needs, Achievement, Emotions, and Social Interaction.
    2. The variables of Leisure Constraints are place in sequence?Structural Constraints, Intrapersonal Constraints, and Interpersonal Constraints.
    3. The age, the teacher's certificate, the years of teaching experience, and the public or private kindergarten to the Leisure Needs reveals the difference.
    4. The teacher's certificate, the years of teaching experience, and the early childhood education program to the Leisure constraints reveals the difference.
    5. The empirical result suggests that Leisure Constraints have a negative and direct impact on Leisure Needs.
