    摘要: It is widely recognized that leisure activity has a powerful impact on health. This study investigates the relationships among leisure lifestyle, depression and quality of life. This study examine the effects of leisure lifestyle on quality of life as well as the mediating effect of depression between leisure lifestyle and quality of life. After reviewing the literature, leisure lifestyle was categorized into ? work-enjoy?, ?homebody?, ?sport-loving?, ?outdoor-recreations?, ?Fictitious-player?, ?social-orientationists?. Using structural equation model to analysis the relationships among leisure lifestyle, depression and quality of life. The research results are following: The first is the both leisure lifestyle and depression are significant affections on quality of life. The second is that depression is the mediating factor between the relationship of leisure lifestyle and quality of life, At last, This research also find that depression affect quality of life is powerful than leisure lifestyle.
