    Abstract: The factors that influence Quality of Life are value and life style. Leisure activities related to value and social characteristic. In order to understand and get more information about travelers? quality of life, we discuss Kenting?s travelers from different impact factors. This study investigated the relationships among value, travel lifestyle and quality of life on Kenting?s travelers.
    After getting 223 useful questionnaires, AMOS 4.0 (Analysis of Moment Structure) was employed to analyze the relationships among value, travel lifestyle, and quality of life on Kenting?s travelers. The study found:
    1.traveler?s value would effect their travel lifestyle,
    2.traveler?s value would effect their quality of life, and
    3.traveler?s value will through mediator -travel lifestyle, and then effect their quality of life
