    Abstract: Since Taiwan joins WTO, agricultural development has been influenced by the fact of the degree. The government is promoting the rural travel industry actively in order to reduce the impact that agriculture faces. In order to solve the problem that the output value of agricultural production is quite low. Several of villages and towns relying mainly on agricultural production, although there is the government's guiding and training. After the guiding and training by government that some of the villages and towns of the rural travel industries is growing vigorously but it is difficult to become effective in some villages and towns. Therefore, the research of motive is for analyze rural clustering of travel industry and distribute inclination. In order to help successful factor and advantage of traveling controlling the development of e of villages and towns.
    This research by the angle of regional planning of the rural travel , It have been planned to the three travel areas of the Taiwan, including the northern area, central area and southern area. The northern travel area regards large area of Taipei as the main vistors ground. Its administrative division includes Taipei city, Taipei county, Keelung city, Taoyuan county, Hsinchu city, Hsinchu county, Yilan county and Hualian County. It is regarded large area of Taichung as that the travel area in the middle part is the main visitors. Its administrative division includes Taichung city, Taichung county, Changhua county, Miaoli county, Nantou County and Yunlin county. It is regarded large area of Kaohsiung as that the southern travel area is the main visitors.Its administrative division includes Kaohsiung city, Kaohsiung county, Tainan city, Chiayi county, Pingdong county and Taitung county. it regard travel area as control item to observe and analyse of the three areas of travel industry clustering phenomenon space distribution situations.
    The result by the analysis, there is a closely relation with economic development degree of the villages and towns in the rural clustering degree of travel industry of northern travel area, its industry clustering space distribution, incline to concentrate on mountain, Jiaoxi village ,Dongshan,Jian,etc. three villages and towns .It is rural to travel in the area in the middle part the clustering degree of travel industry has closely relations with travel appeal of the villages and towns, its industry clustering space distribution is to incline to concentrate on buli town, Renai village and Lugu village. It is rural to travel in the area in the south there is a closely relation with economic development degree of the villages and towns in the clustering degree of travel industry, its industry clustering space distribution, incline to concentrate on the Hengchun town, White River town, Dongkong Town.
