    摘要: With the fad of leisure and sports become popular in recent years, the development of health clubs was also rising. Nowadays the research about customer behavior was the most in health clubs, while the topic about organizational inside research were comparably lack, so people today still can?t realize the inside condition of health clubs overall. Because of this, the purpose of the study was to explore the relationships between perceived organizational culture and job satisfaction among health club staffs. Differences of various demographic variables were also tested in the study. 145 staffs from nine clubs in Taipei, Hsinchu, and Taichung city were recruited as participants. Organizational Culture Index and Mineessota Satisfation Questionnaire were involved. Collected data were analyzed by Factor analysis, descriptive statistics, t-test, One-way ANOVA, Schefee test and Pearson correlation, and the results were described as following:
    1.The staffs from independent health clubs tend to perceive ?bureaucrat type? culture, while those from subsidiary health clubs tend to perceive ?supporting type? culture.
    2.The staffs from different type health clubs didn?t show significant difference at job satisfaction dimensions.
    3.Different age level, educational level, years of service and personal income per month didn?t show significant difference at organizational culture dimensions, while gender marriage status and work position showed significant differences.
    4.Different gender, age level, educational level, years of service and personal income per month didn?t show significant difference at job satisfaction dimensions, while only work position showed difference.
    5.The organizational cultures were perceived by health club staffs were significant positively correlated to their job satisfaction.
