    Title: Myocardial Ischemia Diagnosis Based on Harmonics Features of Pulse Wave and Fuzzy Clusteringi

    Abstract: In recent years, people have changed their eating habit with economic
    culture and improvement of the living standard in Taiwan. Because having
    too much salt and fat, the heart disease has already become one of the top
    ten major death reasons. And myocardial ischemia diagnosis is typical
    symptom of heart disease. According to myocardial ischemia diagnosis,
    we can diagnose whether the patients have the heart disease or not.
    Many myocardial ischemia patients whose electrocardiogram is normal
    when they have a rest, the reason is supplying oxygen to heart is enough for
    heart working. Therefore, the electrocardiogram will not show the
    situation of myocardial ischemia. But doing difference exercise that they
    can not load, the electrocardiogram will show the situation of myocardial
    ischemia. So the traditional diagnosis needs to use the exercise tolerance
    testing. And the electrocardiograms have a record for a long time of 24 or 48
    hours. If we can find a method which is more convenient than traditional
    methods, it will be good news for patients.
    This study?s purpose is to use pulse wave and find out pulse wave?s
    harmonics features and form factor. It can be established one classification
    perform algorithm to diagnose myocardial ischemia diagnosis by FCM.
    The result of harmonics features is 61%, and form factor is 18%. Harmonics
    and form factor of categorised line are 50%. According to this data, this
    study will be helpful about heart disease in the future.
