摘要:	Due to the world?s rapidly-ageing population, we faces a growing number of problems with regard to health and well-being of senior citizens?especially elder falls that have become one of the major causes of mortality and morbidity in the elderly?This paper presents a RFID-based home emergency and notification system for falls integrating with GSM?3G video service and two way radio in particular for elder falls and any other home accidents?The purpose is to provide emergency services through the helps of real-time SMS messages?images?and voices that not only shorten the response time of care givers for early treatment but save the life as well as reduce the costs of healthcare as a result for the purpose of maintaining their life of dignity?t
