Abstract:	This paper focus on developing Internet Protocol Version 6 (IPv6) with embedded system for home healthcare applications due to its advantages of lower costs?higher mobility?more IP address?better personal privacy, and most important easier video/audio expansion with Voice over IP (VoIP) network service for remote medical consultation with doctor. This system is also helpful to contact with his (or her) families anytime, anywhere for special requests and with his (or her) doctor while in hospital for instant consultation for better and effective care purposes.
