Abstract: With the comprehensive utilization of Embedded System, the application to the products originating from the highly Integrated SOC (System on Chip) has by degrees affected everyone in daily life. As the motivation of this study, the possibility of NonHD computer system will be developed as similar as Mix Box, with the function of Color LCM, touch panel, Ethernet, RS-232, and Universal Serial Bus (USB) which applies to Mouse, Keyboard, Printer, flash card and etc..The Power conversion efficiency from embedded MCU will be affected by its active device and passive device, also the different display panel will produce the varied power consumption. In consideration of the characteristic of higher process efficiency and lower power consumption for Embedded MCU System, the power management collocation of the voltage for peripheral active and passive device and for the core process will be studied and examined in the process of integration. With a view to accomplishing the ARM-Based NonHD computer system, the integration of Arm-based multiprocessor and midsized LCD panel will be carried out with the embedded Operation system. Finally, with the design and practice, an all-round multiprocessor platform for NonHD computer system is achievable.
