| Abstract: | 培養民眾對科學的興趣以及促進科學知識的普及，是推動國家科學發展的基礎工作。由於網際網路的應用與影響無所不在，為提昇社會大眾的網際網路素養，本計畫擬舉辦優質之網際網路主題系列演講活動，邀請具學術聲望的專家人士，進行生動活潑、深入淺出的演說，傳遞具啟發性的新知。除了透過各式宣傳管道吸引目標觀眾參與現場講座外，並對演講活動進行拍攝、後製、以及轉檔，將演講內容轉為數位課程影片，優先置放於行政院國家科學委員會「科技大觀園」網站，達到科普資源共享之目的。 本計畫預計於全國各地以巡迴演講方式舉辦16場專題講座，包含資訊安全、網路詐騙、數位學習、遊戲輔助學習、網路成癮、網路行銷、社群網路等主題類別。以國民中學(含)以上學生、教師以及社會大眾為目標觀眾，並結合地方社區組織、民間團體或媒體合作辦理。在活動宣傳及後續推廣方面，本計畫規劃了多元化宣傳活動，以吸引目標觀眾及網路觀眾的參與。另一方面，也研擬利用各式推廣活動，擴大計畫科普效益。預計採用的活動方式包括：設置互動轉播點、提供數位課程、網路直播、演講錄影帶、光碟片、科普圖書，設置網站(部落格、臉書粉絲團)或辦理徵文等。 本計畫透過計畫管理、活動執行與影音後製的專業團隊分工，來達成計畫目標。本計畫結合了實體的巡迴演講、網路的數位媒體學習以及活潑的現場與網路互動，透過本團隊的專業與長期經營的社群資源，期望有助於網際網路推動科普知識的普及。
To interest people in science and popularize the knowledge of science is important for promoting the development of national science. Considering the pervasive application and impart of Internet, this project aims to promote people’s Internet literacy by inviting famous experts from various domains to give interesting speeches in several topics. Various kinds of promotions are planned to attract the target audience. Also, the process of all activities will be recorded, retouched and transformed into digital courses, which would be accessible at the website “Sci-Tech Vista” of National Science Council, to achieve the goal of sharing science popularization resources about Internet literacy. This project has planned 16 speeches held in different places in the country. The topics include information security, Internet fraud, e-learning, game-based learning, Internet addiction, Internet marketing, social networking, and so on. These activities are mainly targeted at high school students, teachers and common people, and are held with the cooperation of local societies, non-governmental organizations and the media. In addition, this project has planned diversified promotions to encourage the people to participation in. Moreover, a lot of activities are planned to enhance the effects of the project, including interactive relay stations setup, digital courses provisioning, live webcast, speech video, CD titles, publications, websites (blog, Facebook, etc.), call for articles, etc. The team of this project is composed of project management, project implementation and media production. This project integrates physical speeches on tour, virtual e-learning courses and vital interactions both in physical places and cyberspace. We have planned to utilize the team’s expertise and community resources to advance the popularization of science knowledge about Internet literacy. |
