摘要: In immunology, Immunohistochemistry (IHC) is antigen and antibody between binding reactions. By chemical reactions, the antibody use reagent (fluorescent or color of chemical substance) is testing cells or tissue whether presence of antigen. In biological experiments, IHC can be verified Microarray provided by the oncogenes or tumor suppressor genes. In the traditional, IHC image use manpower to examine is to slow. And normal tissue and cancer tissue don't has clear dividing line.

In this tissue, introduce an automatic immunohistochemistry (IHC) image analysis tool, IHCread. This tool has two main purposes: 1.Identification of normal tissue and cancer tissue. 2. Analyze normal tissue and cancer tissue of marker protein performance.

Microarry is usually used for testing or analysis of biological molecules. Because it rapid reaction and analysis of a large number of parallel to bioinformation. It is usually apply to the disease testing, gene expression and development of new drugs. Although Microarray tool is quickly get a large number of oncogenes and tumor suppressor genes. But most of the cases are not correct. Use IHCread system to verify the biological functions of the chip on the results.
