    Abstract: After the completion of human genome project, Arabidopsis , rice and other species, genome researchers are shifting their research attentions from structural genomics to functional genomics. In the post-genomic era, how to use computer prediction of gene functions is one of the most important tasks.
    Bioinformatics is to utilize the released sequences information, it is combination of computer science and biotechnology. There will be great benefitting in the research to the genome. So bioinformatics will become an important tool in the genome research. Now, in the network provide a lot of such tools as the analysis, predicting and functional annotation. But mostly too scattered. It is unable to become and combine the platform, the ones that to satisfy a large amount of raw data in the biology laboratory analysis. It analyses the process system how to develop a set of sequences with efficiency for the biology laboratory.
    In this thesis, use Linux fedora core 3, perl, WU-BLAST2.0, T-COFFEE and PHYLIP design into a high-efficiency analysis process system. It can automatically process the raw data of wet lab of raw data.
