DNA microarrays technology can be used to discover the expression of thousands of genes and the regulatory relationship between them. This thesis presents an ordering method to analyze the dynamics of gene expression, and find the ordering relationship, such as the upstream or downstream, and between these genes. Our ordering method has two components: we use an ordering index (OI) combined with standard statistic significant test to analyze gene expression data, and we use the ordering index to measure the association of genes through the dynamics of gene expression. The characteristics of our ordering index are the same as the 「conditional probability」, which make the model can present the direction of gene controlling. The hypothesis direction can provide us with more information about the regulatory mechanisms of genes, and the standard statistic significant test can make the judgments more objective.
