    Abstract: Computers and Networks have become the basic instruments with access, store and spread of information, which really provide us service with convenience and speed. But we are stuffed with large amounts of information wastes. It should be a necessity to set up a useful competent mechanism how to organize, digest and analyze into acceptable knowledge.
    This research “System of Intellectual Management & Discovery of Personal Knowledge” is designed to offer users basic skills in their management of information in the field of scientific assortment.
    A portable GUI (Graphical User Interface), browser, database and storage are designed in the system. The system not only stores the personal memory and the working process, also works out the problem between the user environment and computers. The system can integrate a variety of diverse and different materials into classified and useful data. The search agent offers its complete and better search mechanism, helping user to access, absorb, management and use professional knowledge. Finally, through individual reading behavior, one can also discover the personal knowledge forms and features.
