    Title: 馬兜鈴酸液相層析分析及中藥材毒性分類探討

    Abstract: 本研究之目的在於調查大陸地區在禁用馬兜鈴酸藥材後的現狀調查。於2006年收集大陸各省份地區防己藥材共三十四家，以 4℃以下真空冷藏，並將樣品於前處理竭盡萃取完後入液相層析。
    分析方法流程為取 1.0 g 樣品粉碎加入 200 mL甲醇溶媒，超音波震盪 30 分鐘，濾紙過濾，濃縮定量至10 mL。高效液相層析儀分析馬兜鈴酸指標成分時，移動相為CH3CN / H2O / CH3COOH (45：53：2, v/v)，流速為0.8mL/min，檢測螢光波長為 254 nm。利用上述分析技術進行對照標準品馬兜鈴酸分析，結果顯示六個樣品含有馬兜鈴酸。得線性迴歸方程式(Y=mX+b)及相關係數(r)均顯示良好線性關係。同日內相對標準偏差及回收率均在可接受範圍。
