    Title: 身心障礙保齡球選手教練領導行為之研究

    Abstract: 本研究目的在於(一)身心障礙保齡球選手教練領導行為之現況為何?(二)不同背景變項的身心障礙保齡球選手教練領導行為之差異情形為何?本研究以問卷調查法來收集所需資料,問卷包含:個人基本資料、教練領導行為量表。研究對象以身心障礙保齡球選手為母群體,抽樣方式採進行立意抽樣方式,以全國身心障礙運動會保齡球選手為正試對象,進行立意抽樣,共計發出135份問卷,回收有效問卷135份,回收有效問卷率為100%。資料處理採敘述統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因數變異數分析。本研究主要結論為:一、身心障礙保齡球選手教練領導行為大致良好。二、身心障礙保齡球選手不同學歷與不同訓練頻率等背景變項,在教練領導行為上達顯著差異;但在性別與運動成就表現在教練領導行為上未達顯著差異。
    The main purpose of this study was to discuss the present situation of leading behavior for disabled bowling player and analyze the diversity of leading behaviors for disabled bowling player with different backgrounds. The study collects all information using questionnaire which included the profile and the coach leading behavior scale. The disabled bowling player was regarded as the main group. The sample method will adopt purposive sampling way. The object of this study was collected through random sampling from the disable bowling players in the National Disabled Games and Practices. The total distribution for this sample was 35 questionnaire and we received a 100% return of effective questionnaires. The result of data will be analyzed via the descriptive statistic, the independent-samples t test, and one-way ANOVA. The conclusion of this study stated: 1. The disabled bowling player has good coach leading behavior. 2. The different experiences and training of disabled bowling player will have obvious difference under the coach's leading behavior, but they don't indicate obvious differences under coach's leading behavior in gender and athletic achievements.
