This study discusses and compares the situations of secondary school students’ usage of computers in 14 countries, explores the differences of usage of computers between male and female students, and reveals the relationships between usage of computers and academic achievement. The results will provide information for international educational comparison and secondary school students’ computer curriculum, teaching and learning.
