    得早餐速食連鎖店成長速度倍增。多數加盟店剛成立時,面臨許多經營上的困難,特別
    以員工管理為主要議題。因此,本研究應用IDEAL 模式,導入能力成熟度整合模式
    (CMMI)之組織訓練流程領域,以改善原有組織訓練流程。藉由流程改善建立完整的員
    工訓練制度,強化員工的各項素質,進而提昇加盟店的競爭力。本研究分析之成果,將
    可做為速食連鎖店之重要參考
