Abstract:	本論文以台灣印刷電路板產業之上市上櫃公司為研究對象，在結構－行為－績效架構下探討成熟型產業中廠商所身處之市場結構、自身之策略行為對其經營績效之影響。本研究共選取43家公司為樣本，研究期間為1999-2007年。採用Eviews統計軟體，以panel data之資料型態進行處理分析。本論文所選取之市場結構變數包含市場佔有率、廠商規模；廠商行為變數包括投資密集度、研發密集度、產品多角化程度以及垂直整合；以股東權益報酬率與營收成長率作為廠商績效指標。實證結果發現，廠商規模對股東權益報酬率呈現顯著正相關，投資密集度與當期研發密集度對股東權益則呈現顯著負相關；廠商規模、前一期與前二期研發密集度對廠商的營收成長率則呈現顯著正相關，市場佔有率、投資密集度與當期研發密集度與營收成長率呈現顯著負相關。其引申之意涵為積極投資廠房設備以擴大產能進而提高市佔率恐讓廠商陷入削價競爭，對廠商的經營績效將帶來不利的影響，發展具差異化的技術，應是印刷電路板廠商未來努力的方向。 This study uses listing firms of printed circuit board industry in Taiwan as empirical objects. The objective of this study is using S-C-P model to explore the influence of market structure, firm's conduct on operating performance. This work picks 43 firms in printed circuit board industry as empirical sample. The sampling period is from 1999-2007. The empirical results shows that firm size, investment intensity, R&D intensity and vertical integration (upward) have significantly influence on ROE; total asset, investment intensity and R&D intensity have significantly influence on income growth.
