Businesses are increasingly faced with fierce competition and dramatic changes in today's global markets. E-business has become a formidable trend for quickly responding customer remand and continuously improving customer satisfaction. In doing so, an elaborative supply chain should be built by selecting appropriate integration software tools that meet business-to-business operational characteristics and link together all partners' ERP systems. The supply chain efficiently coordinates and closely integrates all organizations, workflows, resources and information systems associated with the flow and transportation of goods from raw-material procurement (vendors), manufacturing (manufacturers), distribution (dealers), and finally to the end users (customers). The purpose provides customers with the best services in the ways of quick delivery, high quality and low cost. In this study, we explore a case of the biggest semiconductor and electronic dealer in Taiwan. The company participated in B project and built a business-to-business integrated system to automatically communicate information among partners in the supply chain. From this case study, we can understand the installation process of the integrated system, establish performance evaluation framework and then evaluate quantitative and qualitative performance. Finally, some valuable conclusions and constructive suggestions are drawn. This case can be used as an important demonstration for introduction of business-to-business integrated collaborative logistics model.
