Abstract:	當代影像意義之闡釋受到文化脈絡、觀看者、與觀看方式之影響，使得意義趨向於多元化，傳統視覺文本之分析模式顯然已不足以闡釋當代影像之多樣性與多義性。故視覺影像闡釋是當前影像消費者與生產者必然關切的問題。本文試圖探究視覺影像闡釋相關論題藉以瞭解影像闡釋之性質，首先闡述影像意義產生之方式：包含觀賞者之闡釋、創作者意圖、與作品本身的視覺事實；其次分析影響意義闡釋之因素：包括文字、創作者之意圖、觀看之脈絡、符碼，以及觀看者之價值概念；最後於結論中綜結視覺影像闡釋之觀點，並指出影像意義闡釋學習的重要性。
