    Abstract: 在以往的測量脈波研究中,對於以非侵入式的方法量測橈動脈脈波,並沒有標準化的定量和程序,本研究的目地在提出一三軸脈波測量機構(脈診儀)和程序,透過現代技術、電腦科學與軟硬體,將中醫脈波圖形,以客觀、具體的顯示在電腦螢幕上,精確度高。脈診儀克服傳統因人為不確定性把脈的困難,以自製的壓張計同步感測動脈直徑變化和脈博波,排除傳統中醫把脈時經驗及主觀判斷的困擾,使診斷更準確。讓中醫辨識更客觀、數據化。如此可提升對橈動脈脈波測量的準確性,對脈波波型分析有所幫助。
