    Abstract: 本論文中開發了一套細菌鑑定（Bacteria Identification）的工具軟體，主要依據型態、革蘭氏染色、氧氣需求、移動性、是否具有內胞子及產生能量的方式進行分類。以細菌鑑定系統中Biochemical Analysis來分析常見的革蘭氏菌需要進行那些生化實驗。因為在醫療檢測上，如何快速的檢驗出病患感染的菌種，是非常重要的。但是要鑑定未知的菌種，卻需要進行許多不同的生化實驗，最後依據生化實驗結果才能夠確定感染的菌種。由於生化實驗需要耗費相當多的資源與時間，這些原因將會提高病患生命的危險性。所以建立起一套可以輔助細菌鑑定的系統。
