    Abstract: MicroRMAs(miRNAs)是一種普遍存在於動物、植物及病毒的基因體中約二十幾個鹼基大小的小分子RNA,是生物體內的一種內生機制,且具高度保留性。miRNAs以造成mRNA裂解或轉錄抑制的方式來調控mRNA,因此,miRNAs在基因轉譯成蛋白質的過程中扮演了極重要的角色。當miRNAs調控出錯時,可能會引發細胞分裂失控之現象而造成癌症的發生,因此,miRNAs亦可做為治療癌症生長的標靶物。
      本研究主要針對miRNAs標靶癌症基因之mRNA序列探討miRNAs調控腫瘤抑制基因(Tumor Suppressors gene,TSG)及致癌基因(Oncogene,OG)之可能性。我們以PEARSON相關係數及miRanda能量計算之方式,發現miRNA在乳癌、黑色素瘤、大腸直腸癌、中樞神經癌、白血病、卵巢癌及前列腺癌等癌症中均有調控TSG之現象。而有48條miRNAs標靶到肝癌mRNA後分別有高表達及低表達之現象,顯示該miRNAs可能會以抑制腫瘤或導致腫瘤發生之兩種角色來參與癌症的發生。
