    Abstract: 由於人類序列在DNA轉錄的過程中,發生不可避免的重新排列組合,將會影響蛋白質的胺基酸序列表現,進而成為遺傳工程上重要的訊息,在這些序列所衍生出的染色體變異問題中,我們利用生物資訊方法,從dbEST資料庫取得五百多萬條人類的EST序列,利用轉位演算法,將其原本低分的序列裁切成二條新序列後,重新定位到基因體上,找到可能發生的刪除序列有1761條,反轉序列有1963條,以及轉位序列有37735條;此研究報告能讓生物資訊相關領域的學者與研究人員都能在更低的成本之下,得到所需求的資訊。
