簡介：2010年新成立「時尚設計學系」，將能進行資源整合並擴展設計教育領域，未來更可透過跨界合作、國際交流、產學合作、設計競賽、創意提案等的參與，配合經濟發展與在地需求，具體實踐理論與實務合一，提昇應用研究水準，累積實務經驗，以達成培訓人才之目的。秉承亞洲大學之目標：健康、關懷、創新、卓越及現今社會需求，本系規劃出符合社會發展趨勢之專業學程，包括「服裝設計」、「時尚精品設計」等，提供學生高品質及時尚導向的專業課程，並配合時尚藝術設計思維，培育具有人文品味與時尚敏感度並能引領時代潮流的時尚設計專才。 In 2010, the Department of Fashion design is newly established and it is able to integrate the resources and expand the field of design education. In the future, it will be able to go on cross-border cooperation, international exchanges, industry cooperation, design competition and the proposal creation. And to be in line with the economic development and the local demand, it will concretely carry out the practice of theory and the practice of unity. It will enhance students the application of standards and accumulate their practical experiences in order to become professionals as the main goal. 　　In accordance with the objectives of the University of Asia, health, care, innovation, excellence and the needs of modern society, the department schemes the professional courses, such as Clothing Design, Modeling Design and Brand Marketing etc., to meet the trend of social development. It provides students the professional courses with high quality and fashion-oriented. And in line with the thought of fashion art design, it cultivates fashion design professionals with the humanities savor and the sensitivities of fashion to lead the fashion trend.
