    Abstract: With the end of analog signal television, “the first year of high definition television” comes in 2012. Smart TV successfully gained a significant market share in the sector, and the hardware also in the business market of flaming competition. It is estimated that it will become a trend in the future to integrate device, cross-platform application software with the personalized environment.Due to the combination of digital TV, network platform, operating system, and IPTV service, Smart TV can supply us more service. Online shopping and the way of advertising marketing will change, too. The study will introduce how Smart TV affect Consumer's using model, and the advantage of online shopping of Smart TV combined with product placement. It will become a kind of convenient, intuitive consumer experience when television programs combine with online shopping closely. Consumers can make online imitate fitting, network community sharing, merchandise ordering etc. while watching TV programs without leaving home. Smart TV which using camera, microphone and body detector etc. hardware equipments, match with the image applied software, such as the image recognition and voice recognition applications to create a 3D virtual classroom environment to consumers, such as the yoga, gymnastics, Taichi, and musical performance etc. Consumers can compare their own actions and teachers’. It even can make a review to share with friends or provide lesson through the community network by recording learning process. It is different from the traditional distance learning experience model.The study investigates the using forms of Smart TV, devices, and the reasons for the choices to explore the superiority, shortcoming, and the direction of future applications of Smart TV. Smart TV, which is also the most excellent hardware. The related industries should match the consumers’ needs and created more different servings.
