Abstract: The purpose of the assessment test is to identify students 'cognitive and misconceptions in order to truly understand where the students' learning problems, and Provide remedial instruction in the direction. Traditional written test, just answer right or wrong to judge students learn to cognitive concepts covered in the unit, and no analysis and judgment for the unit should learn cognitive concepts. This study is mainly to build a computerized diagnostic test, based on the fifth book in the Elementary School "Nature and Life Technology" “aqueous solution”unit, build has multiple-choice and constructed response question and developed automated analysis system constructed response questions. DINA and DINO mode on the diagnostic analysis of test data, explore the combination of constructed response question the effectiveness of the diagnosis, disadvantage of vulnerability to guess the factors in order to improve the multiple choice question, and timely provide students with remedial instructionThe results of this study are as follows:1.The build computerized diagnostic tests of the "aqueous solution" unit,.2.Design automated analysis system constructed-response items, analyze students' cognitive concepts and misconception recognition rate of 100.automated diagnostic mode can effectively identify the cognitive concepts and misconception construced-response items.3. The diagnostic test, which is conducted through the multiple-choice items and theconstructed-response items and is analyzed through the DINA and DINO models, can lower the uncertainty of the influence of guessing and careless ofmultiple-choice items.
