    Abstract: In recent years, many companies transfer parts of the business to the implementation of the human resources management consulting firm to implement, such as cleaning, security, advertising and marketing, customer service, and even internal routine administrative work, so not only can reduce personnel costs can reduce the resources of internal management, the other hand, when manpower companies face to huge numbers of sending staff, It is a complex and tedious work to manage their background conditions, place of work and work deadlines.Monthly routine calculation of sending employees time and attendance, payroll is also a big project, therefore, to establish a database of sending staff background information and by the dispatch management system to manage the dispatch staff will be able to reduce the burden of administrative operating, it can also improve the accuracy of the information, when the data accumulated to a certain number, it will also send background information to do a more complete analysis and processing. Those are important reference for manpower companies to deploy human resources.Visual Studio and SQL Server 2008, the two sets of software produced by Microsoft Corporation is just able to resolve this problem. The huge data of sending employees can be processed by SQL, and Visual Studio can tailor a dispatch employee management system for manpower company. These datas which were processed by these two set of software will provide enough analysis datas to manpower company, it's very helpful, especially for the deploy employee business.
