    Abstract: Farmers' association is a grass-roots unit in farmers' organization system. The services that farmers' associations provide include agricultural technology consulting, products promotion and marketing, agricultural finance, etc. Farmers ' association members are the basic unit and the customer of farmers' association also. With the ever-changing information technology, the service of farmers' associations has made their progress forward. However, the information requests of the general membership do not get attention. Through information management of members, to provide better information services, and establish a better relationship with the farmers' association members, promote the development of related businesses, and improve overall operating performance of the Farmers' Association, which can then feedback on its members, should enable the farmers' association with its members to achieve a win-win situation.This study is trying to find out an integrated platform architecture that is based on Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), and which can reuse the original systems but in the least cost. Finally it should improve all information services of the Farmers' Association and speed up the response.
