    Abstract: In order to understand the troublesome problems of the students in the field of learning, and be supplied the direction of collateral teaching the purposes of this research are able to identify the students’ knowledge, the misconception, and the error’s types quickly. Therefore this research can set a system of the computerized diagnostic tests. The contents of the unit in those tests are “modifiable climate” among the seven volume “Nature and Life science” in the primary school. The types of tests include two kinds: one is multiply choice, the other is the computerized construct reaction problems. This research also can be developed mechanism of “automatic analyzing constructed- response items”. All systems will be applied in analysis of DINA & DINO system. The contributions of this study are:1. Set up the interface of constructed-response questions on the unit of “The change of weather”.2. The mechanism of “automatic analyzing constructed-response items” can take to 100% effect, and the identification is effective in the types of student’s misconception and cognitive conception.3. DINA and DINO models can be applied in the fields of concepts analysis and error types especily the DINO model.4. Insert the automatic analyzing results in the models of DINA & DINO about the cognitive diagnostic models.
