Abstract: This thesis investigates the E-portfolio system used by many universities in Taiwan from a perspective of service and application, mainly using literature review and Web-based survey to explore the service quality of e-portfolio system. At the same time, the thesis applies the traditional Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) and analyzes factors to be concentrated or postponed for the quality of system. The study found that a particular item (i.e., enough space for files) is considered relatively important and could be more satisfied than others. But, it should be emphasized on user-friendly issue, simpleness, stability, and security that require special attention from the system. The research recommends the presentation and development using mobile devices. And, this study also applies the Mobil-portfolio. The experimental study of the new media presentation uses QR code and applications for e-portfolio. Finally, this study can be used by universities which are about to develop e-portfolio system presentation, using new mobile devices to help general users
