    Abstract: The teachers from Nantou County have different feeling from other teachers due to face the new immigrant students. This study resarched the working pressure, happiness and job satisfaction of the teachers from elementary schools of Nantou County which contain lots of new immigrant students, The study covers the region of Nantou County Elementary Schools, and work pressure was also considered as a interference factor. In this study, 200 questionnaires were issued by purposive sampling,and 184 valid questionnaires were received. With SPSS, such as descriptive statistics, differences in analysis and path analysis, the working pressure, the conceptual mode of happiness and satisfaction could be verified. The study found that work stress, happiness and satisfaction of teachers in different schools are significantly different. The positive impacts of three assumptions -- the working pressure on the well-being, work stress on satisfaction and happiness on satisfaction – were all supported.We had found that there are many differences among teacher’s work pressure, happiness and satisfaction from different schools. Teachers with different social and economic background have different recognitions in the aspect of teacher’s work pressure, happiness and satisfaction. However, teacher’s age has no influences in that. Teacher’s pressure is highly predicted in happiness and satisfaction, especially in “Professional promotion”.
