The purposed sampling method was conducted in order to collect the guardians in 150 dual-career separated family in Taiwan with the structured questionnaire and 115 valid guardians’ questionnaire returned for further analysis; the response rate of our survey was 76.7%.The results showed that the more work/family conflicts of the guardians in dual-career separated family, the lower family satisfaction and marital satisfaction; the marital intimacy could play a buffer role in the relationship between family-work conflict and marital satisfaction. However, those who had poor marital intimacy with high work-family conflict have higher job satisfaction.
