Microblog has gradually become a part of our daily life. In order to increase the competitiveness, corporation has to try various marketing strategies to attract consumers besides emphasizing the quality of service and products.The purpose of this research is to investigate the key success factors of managing company fan page in network community by using microblog platform.Take C Telecommunication Company as research object, using Decision-Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to investigate four dimensions and nineteen standards.According to the analysis of DEMATEL, result shows that the resilience of dimension of Content Management should be improved, while the Marketing Promotion, that company care about the most, is the dimension that should be improved immediately. The analysis of AHP shows that Support of Decision-Making, Member Price and Member Gifts are the most important three standards of those nineteen.
