The purpose of this research is to develop an energy education lesson plan for elementary school science class and assessment. Lesson plan design, community resources and learning sheets are adopted in this research. The participants are a science teach and 114 students of grade 4 from an elementary school in Naitou County. Lessons and interviews for teachers and students are took place to understand the usage of this system. From the research result, the lesson plan developed is beneficial to science class energy education, students’ learning interests, and could help teachers develop lesson with variety. Finally, according to the research result, teachers could spare more preparation time for lesson development. Outdoor lessons could also take place to stimulate learning interests. Furthermore, energy saving and carbon reduction practice could be included to improve environmental education. In this rearch, descriptive statistics, independent sample, and t-test are used to make statistic analysis. Below are the major conclusions: 1. For this elementary school students in Naitou County, the major energy information come from school lessons, internet, and TV. 2. We could know students have better understanding about energy education and the integrated lesson plan is beneficial because post-test scores are better than pre-test.
