This paper deals with the effect and makes assessment of a teachers’ environmental education conference. Conference planning, environment education resource sharing in community and conference feedback are adopted in this Research. The participants are teachers coming from the an elementary school in Nation County and this research also include lessons and interviews for teachers to evaluate the effect of the event. Based on the research result, the activity plan is indeed beneficial for environmental education and teacher’s interests for learning. As a result, teachers realize the feasibility of community environmental education and it also benefits to students. Finally, according to the research result, teachers should understand more about environmental education and community resource. Outdoor lessons could also take place to stimulate learning interests. Furthermore, energy saving and carbon reduction practice could be included to improve environmental education.
